Clearly she hasn’t let her first pregnancy hold her back, as the actress tantalises viewers by losing her top and peeling off her jeans in a promotional advert for the new show.
Billie leaves little to the imagination as she wriggles out of the clothes, and replaces them with just a trenchcoat and a pair of high heels.

Dr Who star Billie, 25 – high-class hooker Belle in the show – is left in revealing black underwear as she provocatively coats her lips with gloss in the saucy scene.
Billie is seen striding down the street before hopping into a parked limousine where she begins to ready herself for an evening’s work as alter-ego Belle.
The actress’ swelling bosom somewhat gives the game away, but all other signs of her pregnancy are concealed.
The series returns next month.

‘We went to France together because we always said we’d spend holidays as a family,’ said Melinda. ‘My children are my priority and they come first. It’s my job as a father to give them the best upbringing we can. All the rest we deal with together, privately.’.

‘I’m proud of my body and think women get better as they get older,’ she said.

“I just think that when you take a minute to look your best, you get what you want. And,” she adds, “I pretty much get what I want.”.

And her famous act gyrating inside a giant martini glass caused such a stir it was emulated by Cameron Diaz in Charlie’s Angels.
Though her body clearly helped her make her fortune, it was her head for business that transformed her from underground star to worldwide phenomenon.
Burlesque had all but disappeared until Dita’s skill updated the style for the modern audience.

The actress has been married to filmmaker Bart Freundlich, who is 10 years her junior and cast her in his 1997 film The Myth Of Fingerprints, since 2003.
The director finds his wife’s fascination with dark material unsettling.
Julianne explains: ‘He thinks I’m weird. There was a script I read recently where I was like, “Oooh, this horrible thing happens and it’s really good and then they’re all dead!”
‘He’s like, “What is the matter with you?” I’m like, “I don’t know but I like it.” I’ve always liked things that are meant to terrify.
‘When I was a kid, I used to watch this vampire soap opera, Dark Shadows. I loved that show… and I was little! I can remember my sister going into the other room to fold laundry with my mother because she was so frightened. I guess it has translated into the material I want to do as an adult.’.
