It’s easy to see how Girls Aloud will get through 150 pairs of fishnets on their Tangled Up tour.
As the raunchy stars gyrated energetically in leotards and the sexy legwear on stage in band member Cheryl’s home town of Newcastle last night.
In the second of their two sell out nights at the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena, the girls donned high-cut Liza Bruce day-glo coloured leotards and nude fishnets in a raunchy look which revealed plenty of the girl’s increasingly slimline figures.

During their 34-date tour the chart-topping girl group will get through 15 tubes of mascara, 145 sets of fake eyelashes, 50 cans of hairspray, 250 fake nails, 150 pairs of fishnets.
And although it doesn’t look like their on intimate terms with them, they’ll also get through 2,000 chocolate bars, 3,500 packets of chewing gum and 6,000 cans of energy drink.
The sell-out Tangled Up! tour, is their fourth tour in the six years they’ve been together.
Hopefully, the raunchy performance was enough to take band member Nicola Roberts mind off of her recent love split from fiancé Carl Davies, an entrepreneur from Liverpool.

A source told The Mirror: “It’s all very upsetting for poor Nicola but she’d be the first to admit things haven’t been great between her and Carl for a while.
“Their relationship has always been feisty but recently the rows were explosive.
“There have been lots of tearful late-night phone calls and now she’s decided to call time on it all. The strain of touring has taken its toll and Nicola’s made up her mind it’s over.”
Nicola has always stated that her career with the Girls would always come first.
She has said: “Girls Aloud is my life. It’s all I’ve known so I could never leave the band for a man.”.

She recently told Hello! magazine: “I’d been looking forward to it [the tour] so much this year. I love everything about being on tour. It’s one of the few times that we have a proper routine.
“Usually every day’s different – we’re doing a photo shoot, or a TV appearance and your timings are all over the place.
“When we’re on tour, we get up at around midday, because we get to bed really late, then we’re on the tour bus for 1pm, we arrive at the venue – and somehow we manage to spend the next eight hours getting ready!”
Cheryl added: “There’s always something going on, people having a gossip or sharing a joke and it’s really homely.”.

Weeks after splitting from her Desperate Housewives boyfriend Jesse Metcalfe, Nadine Coyle was rumoured to be considering a reunion when pictures emerged of the pair kissing in LA.
But the Irish-born Girls Aloud singer has scotched those rumours by explaining it was nothing more than an affectionate “goodbye” kiss.

“We’re exes so we are still close and we were just being sweet. But we are not back together.”.

The 21-year-old sexy star believes her hectic lifestyle prevents her from having a serious relationship for now. Living between her properties in Los Angeles and London, and with another home in Ireland, she told The Sun she is always on the go, even without her huge band commitments.
The band have just played a stunning show at Fantasy Island Big Weekend in Skegness on the weekend where they wowed the crowds with their honed physiques.

Nadine was displaying more cleavage than usual in a tight black and gold number, while Cheryl Cole looked like she had been working out with her footballer husband Ashley with her toned tummy proudly on display.
Sarah Harding looked as stunning as ever with her new blonde crop in her ‘little black dress’ while bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh were all smiles and at their most glamorous.

The band are gearing up for a new single and album. Sexy, No, No, No is released on Monday, September 3rd, and as these pictures show the girls are still a sure-fire hit.
