She talked recently in an interview saying the following :
“The rising star insists that one thing she refuses to do is become stick-thin like most other models. If you can believe it, Upton is considered “curvy” in an industry known for its waifs. “I don’t want to starve myself,”
“I still want to hang out with my family and be a normal girl. You have to be confident, and that doesn’t mean starving yourself.” Instead, Upton works hard to eat, exercise, and sleep the right amount. And she tries not to be too hard on herself when fashions don’t fit. “I’m sure every girl can relate,” she says. “You go shopping and you’re not the same size in every brand — some look good on you and others don’t.”
“While she didn’t set out to be a role model, the Michigan-born, Florida-raised Upton says she’s more than OK with the fact that’s she become one”
“Now, whenever girls come up to me saying they’re happy to see I am confident about my body, it makes me feel good that I am contributing in a way among people my age, people who could be my friends.” Upton is also proud to represent women with a somewhat more realistic body type than the models we’re used to seeing.”
“I think it’s important to look at magazines and think a healthy lifestyle is attainable,” she says. “Now that the fashion industry likes the idea of me, I’m happy if I can have an influence.”
I can relate because like Kate Upton I too have got criticism from women over my body. I model myself and I have had random girls who were not models or even in the fashion industry say to me that I was fat, that I was too big to be a model keep in mind that I’am 100 pounds 5’8 size 0 to a 00.I also had a girl say that I had a huge rib cage because of my bra size because I have big boobs but I have a tiny waist.I have recieved many comments from girls who obviously had body image issues themselves and were trying to make me have the same psychological issues they had with themselves and their bodies.I think its great Kate Upton is taking a stand on being a curvy model and being a good role model for young girls out there. Its fucked up that people call her fat when shes thin .She just has boobs and an ass like me.I always felt really bad for those girls who called me fat and said that I had a huge rib cage or that I was too big to model because those are the same girls who have anorexia, and bulimia and body dysmorphia with their own bodies.I hope those same girls got some help for their problems.I dont hold anything against them for the things they have said to me because I know those women have mental problems.

I cant even tell you how many terrible outfits I have seen while I was in college. Here are a few things not to wear
Hoodies and Grandma oversized sweaters that make you look like you are hungover, sick , just woke up, or have your period.Looking like a lazy bum with no style is never a good thing.I have seen people wear their pajama pants and sweat pants to class it looks like they dont shower.
College Logo Tee shirts okay here is the thing no one cares where you go to college.Stop wearing the college mascot/ logo tops already you dont need to announce it or have it on your shirt all the time we get it you go to there.I have seen so many college logo t shirts, sweat pants , hoodies, jackets, enough already.
